Health Guarantee:

  1. Veterinary Care: All our kittens receive comprehensive veterinary care before going to their new homes. This includes vaccinations, deworming, and a thorough health check by a licensed veterinarian.

  2. Health Certificate: Each kitten comes with a health certificate issued by our veterinarian, confirming they are in good health at the time of adoption.

  3. Genetic Health Guarantee: We offer a one-year genetic health guarantee. If a genetic health issue is identified by a veterinarian within the first year of adoption, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a refund or a replacement kitten.

Adoption Process:

  1. Application: Prospective adopters must complete an application form to help us ensure a good match between you and the kitten.
  2. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to hold a kitten for you. This deposit is applied to the total adoption fee.
  3. Visitation: We encourage visits to meet the kittens and their parents. Please schedule an appointment to ensure availability.

Refund Policy:

  1. Health Issues: If a health issue arises within 14 days of adoption, and a licensed veterinarian confirms the kitten was unfit for sale at the time of transfer, we offer a full refund upon the kitten’s return.

  2. Change of Heart: We understand that sometimes circumstances change. If you need to return the kitten within 14 days of adoption for any reason other than health issues, a partial refund will be provided, deducting a rehoming fee to cover our costs.

  3. Genetic Health Guarantee: As mentioned, if a genetic health issue is discovered within the first year, you may be eligible for a refund or a replacement kitten, as outlined in our Health Guarantee section.
